The National Shoora Council conducted a capacity building program for Tamil-medium school principals of the North Central Province on September 30th at the CTC Reception Hall, Anuradhapura.
The main objective of this program was to enhance the capacity of school administration to effectively implement matters related to the new educational reforms of the Ministry of Education.
The program focused on key topics such as effective implementation of school-based professional teacher development, strategies for effectively managing and resolving conflicts in school administration and management, the role of the principal in creating a positive school environment, and an interdisciplinary approach to physical health, mental well-being and personality development.
This program was conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education and the North Central Provincial Ministry of Education.
The program commenced with the opening remarks by the Director of the Tamil Medium Division of the North Central Province, Ash-Sheikh S.M. Ziyad. Special lectures were delivered by Executive Committee Member of the National Shoora Council Ash-Sheikh S.H.M. Faleel on the topic “Teaching from an Islamic Perspective”, Maho Zonal Director of Education Ash-Sheikh Muhammad Ali Jinnah on the topic “School Management Strategies from an Islamic Perspective”, Manager of the Akkaraipattu Teacher Professional Development Center Mr. M.A.M. Thajahan on the topic “Guidance and Counseling Skills for the Principal and the Management Team”, and Director of Education of the Muslim Schools Development Unit of the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education Major N.T. Nasumutheen on the topic “Educational Development and Related Issues”.
It is noteworthy that the arrangements and coordination of the program were carried out by Executive Committee Member of the National Shoora Council Ash-Sheikh A.M.M. Azad, Administrative Officer Attorney-at-Law A.J.M. Arshad, and Principal of Igirikollawa Muslim Maha Vidyalaya A.L. Miskeen Vidana.
வடமத்திய மாகாண பாடசாலை அதிபர்களுக்கான தேசிய ஷூரா சபையின் திறன் விருத்திச் செயலமர்வு
வடமத்திய மாகாணத்தைச் சேர்ந்த தமிழ் மொழி பாடசாலைகளது அதிபர்களுக்கான திறன் விருத்தி செயலமர்வொன்றை தேசிய ஷூரா சபை செப்டம்பர் 30 ஆம் திகதி(புதன் கிழமை) அனுராதபுரம் CTC வரவேற்பு மண்டபத்தில் நடாத்தியது.
கல்வி அமைச்சின் புதிய கல்விச் சீர்திருத்தங்களுடன் தொடர்புடைய விடயங்களை பயனுள்ள முறையில் நடைமுறைப்படுத்துவதற்கான பாடசாலை நிர்வாகத்தின் திறனை மேம்படுத்துவதே இந்நிகழ்ச்சியின் முக்கிய நோக்கமாகும்.
பாடசாலை அடிப்படையிலான ஆசிரியர் தொழில்சார் மேம்பாட்டை சிறப்பாக நடைமுறைப்படுத்துதல், பாடசாலை நிர்வாகம் மற்றும் முகாமைத்துவத்தில் ஏற்படும் முரண்பாடுகளை திறம்பட நிர்வகித்து தீர்ப்பதற்கான உத்திகள், நேர்மறையான பாடசாலைச் சூழலை உருவாக்குவதில் அதிபரின் பங்கு, அத்துடன் உடல் ஆரோக்கியம், மனநலம் மற்றும் ஆளுமை விருத்தி தொடர்பான பல்துறை அணுகுமுறைகள், கற்றல் கற்பித்தல் செயல்பாடுகளை தக்வாவுடனும் அமானித உணர்வுடனும் அமைத்துக் கொள்ளுதல் ஆகிய முக்கிய விடயங்கள் இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் கவனம் செலுத்தப்பட்டன.
கல்வி, உயர்கல்வி மற்றும் தொழிற்கல்வி அமைச்சு, வடமத்திய மாகாணக் கல்வி அமைச்சு ஆகியவற்றுடன் இணைந்து இந்நிகழ்ச்சி நடத்தப்பட்டது.
வடமத்திய மாகாண தமிழ் மொழிப் பிரிவின் பணிப்பாளர் அஷ்.ஷெய்க் எஸ்.எம்.ஸியாத் அவர்களின் ஆரம்ப உரையுடன் ஆரம்பமான இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் தேசிய ஷூரா சபையின் நிறைவேற்றுக் குழு உறுப்பினரான அஷ்-ஷெய்க் எஸ்.எச்.எம்.ஃபளீல் “இஸ்லாமிய நோக்கில் ஆசிரியம்” என்ற தலைப்பிலும், மாஹோ வலயக் கல்விப் பணிப்பாளர் அஷ்ஷைக் முஹம்மத் அலி ஜின்னாஹ் “இஸ்லாமியப் பார்வையில் பாடசாலை முகாமைத்துவ உத்திகள்” என்ற தலைப்பிலும், அக்கரைப்பற்று ஆசிரியர் தொழில்சார் மேம்பாட்டு நிலைய முகாமையாளர் எம்.ஏ.எம். தாஜஹான் அவர்கள் “அதிபர் மற்றும் முகாமைத்துவக் குழுவுக்கான வழிகாட்டல் ஆலோசனை சார்பான திறன்கள்” என்ற தலைப்பிலும் மற்றும் கல்வி, உயர்கல்வி மற்றும் தொழிற்கல்வி அமைச்சின் முஸ்லிம் பாடசாலை அபிவிருத்திப் பிரிவின் பணிப்பாளர் மேஜர் என்.டி.நஸுமுதீன் அவர்கள் “கல்வி அபிவிருத்தியும் அது சம்பந்தமான பிரச்சினைகளும்” என்ற தலைப்பிலும் விஷேட உரைகளை நிகழ்த்தினர்.
அனுராதபுரம் மற்றும் பொலன்னறுவை ஆகிய இரு மாவட்டங்களில் இருந்தும் பாடசாலைகளது அதிபர்கள் கணிசமான தொகையினர் கலந்துகொண்டனர்.
நிகழ்ச்சியின் ஏற்பாடுகள் மற்றும் ஒருங்கிணைப்புப் பணிகளில் தேசிய ஷூரா கவுன்சிலின் நிறைவேற்றுக் குழு உறுப்பினரான அஷ்-ஷெய்க் ஏ.எம்.ஆஸாத், நிர்வாக அதிகாரி சட்டத்தரணி ஏ.ஜே.எம்.அர்ஷத் மற்றும் இக்கிரிக்கொல்லாவ முஸ்லிம் மகா வித்தியாலய அதிபர் ஏ.எல்.மிஸ்கீன் விதான ஆகியோர் மேற்கொண்டிருந்தமை குறிப்பிடத்தக்கதாகும்.
