There are numerous complaints on social media about loudspeakers used by many mosques during the night, especially during this blessed month, disturbing neighbors, especially non-Muslims,children, and the sick.
Therefore, the sound should be restricted to the mosque’s audience in all programs except the call to prayer. This aligns with the need to consider the impact of noise pollution on communities and take measures to minimize disruptions caused by loudspeakers.
The Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) said: “Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him not annoy his neighbour.” (Bukhaari & Muslim)
Therefore, National Shoora Council urges all Muslims performing night prayers to place outdoor speakers in a way that does not disturb neighbors, or alternatively, limit the use of loudspeakers to indoor spaces for lectures and other activities in mosques.
May Allah help us to worship Him in an excellent manner, and accept our fasting, prayers, and good deeds and grant us His abundant mercy and blessings, and forgive all our sins during this blessed month.

இந்த புனித ரமழான் மாதத்தில், இரவு நேரங்களில் பல பள்ளிவாயல்களில் ஒலிபெருக்கிகளை அதிக ஒலி எழுப்பும் வகையில் பயன்படுத்துவதனால், அண்டை வீட்டார், குறிப்பாக முஸ்லிம் அல்லாதவர்கள், குழந்தைகள் மற்றும் நோயுற்றவர்களுக்கு அசெளகரியங்கள் ஏற்படுவதாக சமூக ஊடகங்களில் தெரிவிக்கப்படுகிறது .
எனவே, தொழுகைக்கான அழைப்பு தவிர அனைத்து நிகழ்ச்சிகளிலும் பள்ளிவாயில்களுக்கு சமூகம் தந்திருப்பர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே ஒலி கட்டுப்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும். ஒலி மாசுபாட்டின் தாக்கத்தை கருத்தில் கொண்டு, ஒலிபெருக்கிகளால் ஏற்படும் இடையூறுகளை குறைக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டியதன் அவசியம் உள்ளது.
நபி (ஸல்) அவர்கள் கூறினார்கள்: “அல்லாஹ்வையும் மறுமை நாளையும் நம்புகிறவர் தம் அண்டை வீட்டாரைத் தொந்தரவு செய்ய வேண்டாம். (புகாரி & முஸ்லிம்)
எனவே, இரவுத் வணக்கங்களின் போது அண்டை வீட்டாருக்கு இடையூறு ஏற்படாத வகையில் வெளிப்புற ஒலிபெருக்கிகளை பயன்படுத்துமாறு தேசிய ஷூரா சபை அனைத்து முஸ்லிம்களையும் வேண்டிக்கொள்கிறது.
